Motivational Interviewing Facilitator Training

This is a two (2) day, basic to intermediate motivational interviewing training designed for the helping professional in all sectors of the community. The training consists of a mix of presentations, practice with partners, role-playing, group discussion, and short videos of counseling sessions.

Program Assessment
Exodus Consulting, Training, & Wellness Services will provide an assessment of your program by gathering relevant information for evaluation and interpretation. This is done to identify the areas of the organization that are effective and those that need improvement to facilitate the desired outcome. Exodus Consulting, Training, & Wellness Services staff members have vast experience in conducting program assessments for criminal justice agencies and community mental health facilities.
Continuous Quality Improvement
Exodus Consulting, Training, & Wellness Services will provide on-going CQI assessments for any programs being offered at your agency. The CQI assessments will concentrate on program integrity and fidelity utilizing the evidence-based model. This oversight is designed to ensure the program is delivered in the manner in which it was created. CQI assessments also address classroom control, organization, and sensitivity to group dynamics, completeness of documentation, group participation, and response to participants’ use of the skills.
Fidelity Conference Calls
Similar to Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), these calls will be utilized to respond to any additional questions, comments or concerns that may occur. Building and maintaining this system of support is essential in fostering a sense of integrity which has been proven through the evidence-based model of program effectiveness to have a significant impact in changing lives.

Program Evaluation
Exodus Consulting, Training, & Wellness Services will conduct a thorough examination of the agency’s entire operations, focusing on the interest of the department/program in broader terms. Our evaluation includes the collection and analysis of gathered information regarding the activities, characteristics, and outcomes of the program to make determinations about the efficacy and sustainability of the program. Based on our findings, Exodus Consulting, Training, & Wellness Services will provide informed recommendations for adjustments to improve programming effectiveness and outcomes.
Continuous Education Webinars
As with all programs, staff will require continuous education to stay abreast of new trends and research related to the population being served. The webinars will also provide Continuous Education Credits (CEUs), in order to provide staff an opportunity to meet their certification and license requirements.
